Federal Law requires collections of a 10% excise tax on
sport fishing equipment – including spear guns, spears,
speartips and accessories sold in conjuction with them in
U.S. territory. Actual replacement parts sold separately
are excised tax exempt. State Law requires collection on
Sale Tax where applicable.
Shipping – Packing and UPS Shipping are available
at cost – about $75.00 in continental U.S. and $150.00
to Hawaii. Overnight air freight shipping is also available
at additional cost, depending on destination. Call or email
